The successful incumbent will report to the CFO and will be responsible for planning, developing and executing the companys financial strategy. Assisting and advising to develop financial plans and provide financial direction. Responsible for the ongoing development and monitoring of the financial system. Identifying and investigating fundraising strategies and investment opportunities and managing mergers and acquisitions. Reviewing quarterly and annual financial reports. Planning, implementing and managing the companys annual financial reports. Managing and reviewing the company budget. Managing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders including clients, investors, and regulatory officials.
