Description:My client is looking for a topFinance Managerthat can lead a big team and be able to work directly with the sales and marketing divisions.This role will consist you to work independently therefor my client is looking for an hardworking candidate with discipline and ambition.Job & Company Description:Check quality standards and functionality of services and machines regularlyEnsure monthly reports are done and submitted on time;Ensure that the departmental asset register is up to date;Ensure compliance to systems, processes and controls;Manage debtors/creditors, cash flow, accounting processes and tax processes;Perform ad hoc administration;Establish and manage relationships with key stakeholders;Employee management;Act as business partner.Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.Oversee day-to-day operationsEnsure annual budget s compiled and signed off by the deadlines.Perfom ad hoc administrationManage the debotors and creditors, cash flow and tax process.Manage debtors/creditors, cash flow, accounting processes and tax processes;Perform ad hoc administration;Establish and manage relationships with key stakeholders;Employee management;Job Experience & Skills Required:CA(SA)2 years post article experienceSAP exposure.Must have previuos management experience as this is the key dutie of the role.
