Financial Director

Financial Director Cape Town (Remote)Our client a Global Saas Technology company is looking for an experienced Financial Director. As the Financial Director. No need to be a CA(SA), a SAIPA or SAICA qualification would be advantageous but experience counts. Saas Software industry experiences another advantage as well as working on XERO. Worked at the top 5 accounting/auditing firms another advantage.It is a remote position but can be from Cape Town or JohannesburgSalary Up to R 900 000 per annum, depending on experience and so on – REMOTERequirements:Degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. SAIPA OR SAICA OR AGA(SA) – preferred5 to 7 years post-qualification experience in a financial management roleStrong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and laws.Financial Management of 2-3 finance staff globally (deal a lot with audit firms)Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.Proficient in financial software (Xero) and Microsoft Office Excel.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.Conduct, report, Financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to senior management to drive business decisions.Develop, implement, and monitor financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial management.Oversee and manage the accounting and all financial operations/divisions/processes including small payrollManage the company's cash flow and investmentsComply with all financial regulations, compliances, and laws.Collaborate with other department heads to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives.See to other opportunities when it comes to potential mergers and acquisitions in due diligence processes.FROGG Recruitment
