Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day financial operations , including general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end processes Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Ensure cost control and accurate product costing in the production environment Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies Liaise with Auditors, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders Collaborate with operations and production teams to provide financial insight and improve efficiencies Assist with streamlining and automating financial processes Experience and Skills Required: BCom in Accounting or Finance Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles Minimum 3 years commercial experience in a production or manufacturing environment Strong Excel skills: ERP experience is advantageous Analytical mindset with attention to detail Proactive and able to work independently How to Apply: ??
