Duties and Responsibilities Analyze financial performance and provide insights to operational and executive teams. Prepare and present financial models, forecasts, and reports. Conduct on-site financial reviews across various African mining locations (up to 50% travel). Support budgeting, cost control, and project evaluation. Ensure compliance with group financial policies and IFRS standards. Experience and Skills Required CA(SA) Newly Qualified (NQ) Willingness to travel extensively across Africa (approx. 50% of the time). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
