JOB TITLE: Financial AdvisorAREA: Trichardt / Secunda, MpumalangaINDUSTRY: Financial Services / InsuranceSalary / CTC: R 20 000 R 30 000 per month (Depending on current earnings, qualifications, and experience) + CommissionReport to: DirectorType: Permanent / Full Time Key Responsibilities:Provide sound financial advice in line with regulatory complianceBuild and maintain relationships with clientsConduct comprehensive financial needs analysesOffer tailored financial solutions including investment, risk, and savings productsAdhere to FAIS and FICA compliance standardsAchieve sales and performance targetsAttend training sessions and workshops in SecundaSubmit accurate documentation and maintain proper recordsProvide after-sales service and ongoing financial guidance to clientsQualifications and Skills:Matric (Grade 12) essential120 FAIS credits requiredRE5 Certificate requiredClass of Business (COB) certification requiredMust have COB in Long-Term InvestmentsNQF Level 5 qualification in Financial Planning advantageousSkills:Strong interpersonal and client engagement skillsExcellent Afrikaans communication skills (spoken and written) essentialBusiness development and networking abilityAbility to work independently and meet targetsHigh level of professionalism and ethical conductExperience:Minimum of 23 years in a similar financial advisor or sales roleProven track record in long-term investment product salesExperience working within a regulated financial environmentKey Competencies:Client-centric approachEthical and responsible decision-makingSelf-motivated and target-drivenConfident presenter with persuasive communication skillsTime management and organisational abilitiesWorking Conditions:Must be willing and able to attend mandatory training in Secunda / TrichardtOffice-based with frequent client travel and in-person consultationsMust have own reliable transport and a valid drivers license
