The Ideal candidate will have:Grade 12Tertiary qualification in Finance and/or Financial administration/Payroll experience advantageousExposure to retail / POS procedures will be advantageous (GAAP/Retail Office)Basic knowledge of ExcelComputer literateYour responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:Uploading of daily sales from restaurants to Head Office serverMonitor completeness of source point of sales documentsTrain shift supervisors with regard to financial administration proceduresReconcile daily salesPrepare shortage reportsCreditor processing on financial systemPoint of sales (POS) system updates (Activate and de-activate till users)Keep to deadlinesOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
