Financial Administrator

Job & Company Description:A well-established energy and power generation conglomerate seeks an experienced Financial Administrator to join their finance team based in Johannesburg North.*Please note that this position will be based remotely for the time being. A stable internet connection and professional set up at home is required.In this role, you will be responsible for debtors and creditors control, data caturing, banking and general finance duties as required by the line manager.Duties include but not limited to:Managing debtors and creditors relationshipsCreditors lists for respective subsidiaries within the groupInvoicing, POs and creditors paymentsPreparation of revenue registers for subsidiariesFollowing up on payments due and outstanding paymentsBankingEducation:Diploma / BCom in Accounting / FinanceJob Experience & Skills Required:2 to 3 years’ experience in an financial administrative roleAdvanced MS Excel skillsSage X3 experience will be highly beneficialStrong debtors and creditors experienceStrong administrative skillsDeadline drivenMeticulous attention to detail
