About the Role: Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, this role offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in the full financial function within a dynamic property development environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and contributing to the management accounts for smaller portfolios, including verifying bank loan balances against statements and processing fixed assets, ensuring accurate depreciation runs and reconciliations between fixed assets and accounting records. Key Responsibilities Include: Full end-to-end financial function Preparation and review of monthly and quarterly management reports and financial statements Providing insightful commentary on the month-end and quarter-end management packs Ensuring the accurate and timely submission of all tax returns and compliance documentation Managing financial year-end close processes and preparing for annual external audits Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections This role is ideal for a hands-on Financial Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and is eager to make a meaningful impact within a growing property development business.
