Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full accounting function, including financial reporting and compliance. Manage reconciliations, cash flow planning, and strong tax functions. Develop financial processes to support business operations and scalability. Supervise a team of 7 finance professionals handling admin, creditors, and debtors. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales and customers, to optimize financial performance.
