Finance Manager required for a reputable manufacturing company based in Komani, Eastern CapeRequirements:3 years of relevant experience in a financial management role within a manufacturing or FMCG environmentProven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standardsExperience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is advantageousStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and accuracyProactive and results-oriented approachResponsibilities:Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).Develop and manage annual budgets and forecastsConduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimizationPrepare financial models and conduct scenario planningPartner with operational departments (e.g., production, logistics, sales) to improve financial performanceAnalyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvementMonitor and manage inventory levels and costs
