Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities: Oversee operational finance functions and provide financial insights to support business performance.
Prepare board packs and deliver strategic financial reports to Exco.
Conduct detailed financial, revenue, and project margin analysis to guide decision-making.
Manage and mentor a finance team to achieve organizational goals.
Ensure a strong understanding of finance in a solutions-driven, operational margins environment.
Qualifications and Experience: BCom Accounting, Honours, or equivalent qualification.
10 years of financial experience, with exposure to multinational and African markets advantageous.
Proven expertise in the technology, software, IT, or solutions-based service industries preferred.
