Company and Job Description: A well-established manufacturing company is looking for a seasoned Finance Manager to take full ownership of the financial function. This role requires someone confident in their ability to oversee reporting, compliance, cost controls, and budgeting while also working closely with operational teams. You'll join the management team and play a critical role in strategic planning, cash flow optimisation, and driving financial sustainability across the business.
