Finance Manager

Financial accounting, analysis and reporting for the business unit
Budgets and planning for the business unit
Corporate governance, compliance and audits
Business improvement - timely and cost effective project completions
Manage and implement the role out of new financial systems and processes
Strong leadership ability to manage a team of atleast 20 direct and 4000 indirect reports
Internal and external stakeholder management

At least 10 years financial experience, of which the last 3 years must have been in a senior managerial position
?Relevant experience in manufacturing including plant costing, industrial accounting
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications
Full SAP knowledge across all modules
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Business acumen and analytical skills
Team player with strong energy and high motivation levels
Innovative and good change leader
Good adaptability to systems
Good knowledge and insigt in to Procurement processes
Able to implement comprehensive and integrated accounting policies and procedures in a complex organisation
Ability to effectively report
Ability to effectively analyse financial information and make recommendations for improvement
Excellent PC literacy, and analytical skills
