I n this role you will work closely with a business unit creating a real and active partnership operational areas. You will provide 'real time' support and analysis, to be a trusted adviser and to add value that will assist in decision making. Operational Client Contract Support · Improving the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance · Providing analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies · Providing effective commercial procedures, or initiating change, to ensure key operational, commercial and financial targets are delivered · Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with all senior managers and their teams SA Reporting · Responsible for reporting to internal and external stakeholders. Implementation of Guidance and Policy · Implements, maintains and manages the cascading of all relevant policies & procedures to team members · Reports all health & safety incidents to the Occupational Health and Safety Officer on site. · Ensure safe working practices are adopted by themselves and other employees in their work areas to maintain a safe working environment for employees and clients.
