Reports to:Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Overview: The Finance and Admin Team Leader plays a pivotal role in overseeing the financial health and operational efficiency of NxaTel.
This individual manages the finance resource, customer service team, admin staff, and the sales admin function, ensuring timely reporting, accurate billing, and optimal internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Finance – Accounts Receivable Oversee customer billing, masterfile maintenance, and credit control processes.
Generate and post monthly invoice upload files.
Prepare insight reports on billing, credit notes, and pricing changes.
Post receipts and maintain up-to-date debtor records.
Manage query resolution and send monthly statements/tax invoices.
Conduct reconciliations (TB vs AR report).
Monitor and escalate overdue accounts, reporting weekly on Top 20 overdue clients.
Accounts Payable & Management Oversee daily accounting functions and ensure timely financial reporting.
Lead budget planning and monthly forecasting.
Administer payroll, enforce financial policies, and implement proper accounting controls.
Manage organizational cash flow and ledger reconciliations.
Administrative Duties: Supervise all office operations, procurement, and space management.
Set and enforce administrative SOPs across all units.
Provide executive support and resolve escalated administrative issues.
Lead and coach admin staff through regular reviews and KPIs.
Leadership Duties: Directly manage Finance, Admin, Customer Service, and Sales Admin resources.
Drive team performance through mentorship and professional development.
Contribute to company-wide planning and collaborate with other team leads.
Foster a results-driven, transparent, and accountable culture.
RequirementsJob Requirements: Matric and relevant finance qualification (Bachelor's preferred).
5+ years of finance experience.
Proficiency in accounting software and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho Books).
Strong analytical, leadership, and multitasking abilities.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary:R18,500.00 per month
Location:Menlyn, Pretoria – onsite presence required
