Job Description

A leading company in the Finance sector is seeking a successful Finance and Admin Manager. Some of the duties of the positon will include: Assist with day-to-day management of the administration function, Assist with systems enhancements/specifications and testing, Systems & transaction administration and authorisation where required, Review of key financial reconciliations, Trouble shooting, Willingness to investigate issues that arise and prepare detailed reconciliations etc where necessary to resolve issues, Review detailed deal specific terms and conditions and ensure adequacy of underlying systems and accounting data, Management Accounting, Complete day-to-day financial reporting, Review of financial reporting information (recons, etc.), Trial Balance preparation for small companies, Monthly accounting and reporting, Ad hoc reporting requests and queries, Vat reporting, financial Reporting, Preparation of small company AFS in compliance with IFRS, Compilation of financial data required to be submitted to Head office for reporting purpose, Overseeing various aspects of external audit, Cashflow forecasting for small companies, Budget preparation for small companies, Head Office Reporting , Compilation of financial data required to be submitted to Head office for reporting purpose, and Assist with yearend pack, Bank Reporting, Retail TB and recon preparation, Assist with Bank audit, Risk reporting, Preparation of financial data as required, BA reporting, Preparation and review of various BA reporting calculations and returns, Development of a data warehouse to facilitate.
