We are seeking a  skilled and dedicated Field Service Technician (Diesel Mechanic)  to provide  on-site maintenance, repairs, and technical support for our clients.
This role requires a  hands-on problem solver  with  strong troubleshooting skills  and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
If you have experience working with  Deutz, Cummins, Epiroc, and Sandvik engines  and are passionate about keeping mining and heavy machinery in top condition, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:   Perform maintenance & repairs  on mining and heavy-duty equipment at client sites.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and resolve breakdowns  efficiently to minimize downtime.
Conduct pre-use inspections  to ensure safe equipment operation.
Ensure compliance  with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Plan and manage spare parts & fuel stock  to ensure availability.
Communicate effectively  with supervisors, clients, and team members.
Maintain a professional image  while representing the company on-site.
Work after-hours  when necessary to support critical operations.
Minimum Requirements:   Trade Test - 26D (Diesel Mechanic)   Matric Certificate   5+ years' experience  in a similar field service role   Hydraulic systems experience  Expertise in  Deutz, Cummins, Epiroc, and Sandvik engines  Strong mechanical & fault-finding skills  Ability to read, write, and communicate in  English & Afrikaans  Valid driver's license & own transport Advantageous Skills & Experience:  Previous experience with  TMM equipment  (Scoops, Dump Trucks, UVs, Drill Rigs)  Mining industry experience  Knowledge of  hydraulics & auto-electrical fault finding  Experience operating  TMM & earthmoving equipment Why Join Us?
