Our client is a leading provider of investment, wealth, and estate planning services tailored to high-net-worth individuals, families, select institutions, and charities. They are seeking a knowledgeable Fiduciary Specialist to join their team. The role involves delivering expert fiduciary advice and services, including trust administration, wills drafting, estate planning, and tax solutions, ensuring the highest standard of client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Trusts Management: Provide expert advice on establishing new trusts and ensure compliance with all legal and administrative requirements in collaboration with Fiduciary Administrators. Client Relationships: Manage and maintain relationships with fiduciary clients, offering professional guidance tailored to their needs. Wills & Estate Planning: Advise on and draft comprehensive wills while also acting as an executor in client estates, with support from the estate administration team. Skills, Qualifications & Experience: Education: An LLB degree or a relevant academic qualification is essential; a tax qualification is advantageous. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the fiduciary industry. Professional Designation: FPSA certification or equivalent knowledge and experience to achieve this designation is highly advantageous. Additional Skills: Experience in company administration will be beneficial. Competencies & Personal Attributes: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to thrive in a high-net-worth, professional environment. Exceptional client service orientation with a focus on building strong relationships. Skilled at prioritizing tasks and working independently while meeting deadlines. Aptitude for explaining complex information in a clear, accessible manner. Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic and evolving work environment. Proactive and solution-oriented with a positive attitude.
