Feature Analyst

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Technical Feature Analyst to join our growing software development team in the fast-paced banking industry.
You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap betweenbusiness needs and technical solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and product owners to bringideas to life.What you'll do:Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise, and well-defined technical specifications.Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into feasible solutions.Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process diagrams to document functionalities and workflows.Analyse and understand existing systems and identify potential integration points for new features.Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of technical specifications.Conduct user acceptance testing and provide feedback to ensure solutions meet user requirements.Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in the banking industry.Requirements3+ years of experience as a Technical Feature Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, preferably Agile principles.Experience with solutioning and creating process diagrams.Proficiency in writing clear and concise technical documentation.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.Experience with web application development and integrations between front-end and back-end systems.Understanding of the banking industry and its regulations.
