Looking for a Factory Floor Manager - Fabrication Industry
We are seeking a passionate individual with a strong background in fabrication.
Requirements:
Knowledge of steel; knowledge of stainless steel is an advantage
Previous supervisory experience
A very hands-on approach
Good team leadership skills
Excellent eye for detail
Strong problem-solving and planning abilities
Experience in managing a workforce of approximately 30 artisans, including welders, boilermakers, polishers, etc.
Some knowledge of welding
Ability to work under tight deadlines
