Factory Controller

This is a high-impact role, ideal for a confident finance professional who thrives on partnering with operational teams and making data-driven decisions that shape performance on the factory floor. This position requires an individual who is both analytical and hands-on, with a proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial reportingespecially within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
The role will also take the lead on capital investment evaluations, audits, internal controls, and the upskilling of the factory finance team. Key Skills & Experience Required: Finance or Accounting degree, plus CIMA qualification35 years experience as a Finance Controller, Senior Assistant Controller, or Finance Manager within FMCG or ManufacturingStrong costing and variance reporting expertise using SAP (non-negotiable)Proficiency in PowerBI reportingExposure to internal/external audit processesExperience managing and developing teamsClear, confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skillsEE Disclaimer:All positions will be filled in accordance with the company's Employment Equity plan.
