Very exclusive privately-owned lodge requires a Facilities Manager
Must have a min of 5-8 yrs. Facilities Management Experience with a couple of years in the Hospitality industry in 5*Hotels
Formal qualifications – Preferably in Facilities Management
Must be able to work in a remote environment
Should be efficient and organised with good time management to effectively work in an environment that requires lots of advanced planning
Must have excellent staff management and people skills and must be a good team leader
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Must have the ability to source and manage external specialist contractors,
Willing to work hospitality hours and weekends.
Live in position – suitable for single person
Salary will be highly negotiable on experience
