Key Responsibilities:Placing stock orders with both local and overseas suppliersConsolidating weekly shipments and liaising with freight partners to ensure maximum efficiencyPulling daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports to monitor and manage stock levelsCoordinating daily with other divisions regarding stock availability, reserves, back orders, and dye-lotsCreating codes and categories for incoming stock on the Pastel systemChecking incoming stock against the master sample for quality and accuracySending out weekly reports on incoming stock and back order statusHandling and resolving supplier complaints in a timely mannerManaging and overseeing a team of 8 warehouse staff members Requirements: Own transport is essentialPrevious experience working with the Pastel Inventory systemStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
