Delivering top-class customer service is key, as is maintaining a high level of self-motivation.Key Responsibilities:Manage the F&I process for sales departments.Provide outstanding customer service with a positive and professional attitude.Ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain up-to-date CPD hours.Handle tasks independently, efficiently, and effectively in a high-pressure environment.
Job Requirements:Matric CertificateA Valid Drivers LicenseFully qualified F&I Business Manager, with current CPD hours.Proven experience in a busy premium brand dealership, specifically in a franchised environment.Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to think on your feet.A stable work history with reliable and contactable references.Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with a positive, energetic demeanour.
