F&B Guest Relations Executive

A Trendy 5* Boutique Hotel in Cape Town is seeking an experience F&B Guests Relations Execuitve. Responsibilities: Welcome Guests on arrival Attend to Guests' checking in and out Processing of payments Answering switchboard Rooming Guests Extensive Guest interaction, attending to any requests Attend to complaints, be able to resolve any problems and/or conflict in a professional manner Provide information pertaining to hotel services Upselling Food & Beverage services Attend to any housekeeping requests after hours Front Office Admin Fulfill Duty Management tasks when on shift Stand in as Restaurant Supervisor on rotation shifts Assist with F&B stock control and stock take Requirements: Must be a South African citizen Hospitality / Hotel Management qualification preferable At least 2 years previous experience as a Guest Relations Ambassador or Duty Manager with strengths in Food and Beverage in a boutique to medium-sized 5* hotel or guesthouse Very well-groomed, taking pride in your appearance Excellent communication skills in English, able to confidently communicate with Guests at all levels Exceptional attention to detail Friendly and vibrant personality, providing service excellence Reliable and trustworthy Able to work shifts Computer literate in MS Office and a recognized PMS and POS system You like this.
