Candidate ProfileAre you someone who can: Apply appropriate sales processes within your area of responsibility to achieve sales targets and build client relationships.You will be an ideal candidate if you have: Completed a FSCA recognized FAIS relevant NQF Level 5 Qualification or higher.Completed First Level Regulatory Examination.What We OfferOpportunities to network and collaborate.A challenging working environment.Opportunities to innovate.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve business targets by understanding and anticipating market and client needs to design and deliver innovative, customized solutions.Deliver exceptional service that exceeds client expectations through proactive, innovative solutions.Maximize cross-sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships.Maintain expertise on specific products, pricing, application procedures, processing, and timelines to meet sales targets.Ensure compliance with legislation and audit requirements.Generate and follow up on leads to increase the customer base.Manage the end-to-end client management process, including application, proposal, credit, and post-sales support.Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.Track and influence sales activities to meet targets.Continuously develop personal competencies.Additional RequirementsApplicants will require a credit record check in accordance with the National Credit Act (NCA).
