Key Responsibilities Apply sales processes to meet targets and foster client relationships. Deliver exceptional service, exceeding client expectations through proactive and innovative solutions. Maximize cross-sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships. Maintain expert knowledge of products, pricing, and processes to drive sales. Comply with legislation and audit requirements. Generate leads from internal and external sources, and convert them into sales. Manage the end-to-end client process, from engagement to post-sale support. Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities. Track and influence sales activities to achieve targets. Continuously develop personal competencies. Qualifications and Requirements Completed a FSCA recognized FAIS relevant NQF Level 5 qualification or higher. Passed the First Level Regulatory Examination. In accordance with the National Credit Act, candidates will require a credit record check. Additional Information All appointments will adhere to FirstRand Group's Employment Equity plan.
