Key ResponsibilitiesApply sales processes to meet targets and foster client relationships.Deliver exceptional service through proactive and tailored solutions.Maximize cross-sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships.Maintain expert knowledge of products, pricing, and processes.Ensure compliance with legislation and audit requirements.Generate leads and convert prospects into clients.Manage the end-to-end client process, from engagement to post-sales support.Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.Track sales activities to meet targets.Continuously develop personal competencies.Qualifications and RequirementsCompleted FSCA recognized FAIS Level 5 Qualification or higher.First Level Regulatory Examination completed.Additional InformationApplicants will require a credit record check in accordance with the NCA.
