SA Citizen
Relevant tertiary qualification in Professional Cookery or Culinary Arts
Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Sous Chef
Must have experience in overseeing a large team
Must have a broad knowledge of different cuisines and menu implementation
Excellent communication skills
