A well established dealership based in Sandton, Johannesburg is looking to employ a Executive Secretary / HR Administrator on a 4 month temp contract . Requirements: Excellent communication and writing skills Strong background in Excel proficiency HR / Business Administration Qualification Organised / problem-solver Duties: Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and prepare communications on the executives behalf Attend meetings and keep minutes Maintain comprehensive and accurate records Organise meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organise catering when necessary Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner Welcome visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the CEO Managing the executives calendar, including making appointments and prioritising the most sensitive matters Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure To support the Human Resources department. Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. Main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g., employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases.
