We are looking for experienced Executive Real Estate Sales Agents who will be responsible for buying and selling land and top structures within the Ballito area, Zimbali Lakes Resort.
The position is a full-time role to showcase your experience as a sales agent.The position will require the Agents to develop and implement sales strategies, contract negotiation, and an exceptional level of customer service to build and maintain relationships with clients and customers while maintaining our brand exposure.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads to buy or sell properties.Inform clients of current market conditions, property prices, and mortgages.Market our competitive prices by comparing similar properties but draw attention to our wider range of facilities that we offer.Create lists of properties with location, features, square footage, and other relevant information.Show properties to potential buyers.Present offers to sellers.Mediate negotiations between buyers and sellers.Review contracts to ensure terms are being met.Promote properties with adverts, listings, and open houses.QualificationsComputer literate.Real Estate Sales and Residential Real Estate skills (NQF4 / PDE4/Full Status).Experience in contract negotiation and customer service.Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.Proficient in relevant software and technology.Real Estate License or Certification – FFC registered with PPRA.Additional SkillsExcellent communication and organisational skills.Adaptability.Attention to detail.Ability to manage pressure well.Excellent customer service skills.
