It's a strategic partnership.What You'll Be Trusted WithAs the right hand to the CEO, you will be at the nerve centre of the organisation's operations and executive decision-making.Core Responsibilities :Manage the CEO's calendar, priorities, and engagements—with foresight and precisionPrepare high-level presentations, reports, briefing packs, and executive summariesCoordinate board meetings, EXCO sessions, and strategic planning forumsManage all internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO with professionalism and discretionHandle confidential and sensitive documentation, ensuring strict compliance with POPIA and governance protocolsAssist in project management and follow-ups to ensure delivery across leadership prioritiesMaintain oversight of travel arrangements, reimbursements, event coordination, and logistical planningAct as the interface between the CEO and the executive, academic, and operational stakeholders across the groupIdentify opportunities to improve administrative and business efficiencyThe Ideal CandidateWe're looking for an elite-calibre Executive Assistant who can anticipate needs, solve problems, and enable the CEO to operate at their highest level.Required :A minimum of 5+ years in an executive support senior PA role, preferably within a corporate, education, or services-driven environmentProven experience supporting CEOs or C-level executivesOutstanding communication and writing skills (business-level English)Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, online meeting platforms, and document management toolsHigh emotional intelligence, discretion, and diplomacyAbility to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentBeneficial :A relevant financial or business qualification (e.g.
