Candidate Requirements: Tertiary level qualification, degree or diploma Strong communication skills, verbal and written Strong organisational skills Ability to work well under pressure with tight deadlines Confident and self-starter Have own car and drivers license Job Description: Acting as a first point of contact: Dealing with correspondence and phone calls Managing of emails and communication to CEO Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the CEO Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation Organising events and conferences Reminding & messaging of important meetings and appointments Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence Managing databases and filing systems Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients Collating and filing expenses General office management Preparation of boardrooms and meeting rooms Management of office supplies and stationery Miscellaneous tasks to support the CEO Tertiary level qualification, degree or diploma Strong communication skills, verbal and written Strong organisational skills Ability to work well under pressure with tight deadlines Confident and self-starter Have own car and drivers license
