The role will report directly to the Chief Executive: Rustenburg Operations and will have a functional reporting line to the Executive: Human Resources to provide world-class HR services to the Rustenburg Operations.The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:Degree in HRMBA / MBL (Honours) related leadership qualification (NQF 8)5 years' experience at an Executive HR levelCorrespondence will only be conducted with shortlisted candidates.
