Our client a Popular Dining Restaurant opening in Sandton is currently recruiting for a young dynamic Head Chef for their stunning, well branded Restaurant .
Remuneration Structure
Highly Competitive Market Related Salary - consideration will be given to improving on current earnings
The ideal candidate will hold:

A formal tertiary qualification in professional cookery from a recognised institute
Must have had a lot of exposure to High End popular dining restaurants and be very proficient in this type of culinary work - imperitive ( will be a big plus)
at least three years' solid experience as a Head Chef / Sous Chef in a 4- 5 Star Restaurant.
Recognised and proven track record in Fine Dining / Popular Dining restaurant establishments
Comprehensive and detailed knowledge of how to run and control the stock take as well as processing of detailed trading and food cost reports on a monthly basis
Detailed knowledge of Food and Wine paring as well as the compilation of Fine/ Popular dining menus

NB: Candidates with international as well as local experience will enjoy preference.
