Our client a leading corporate seeks the services of an experienced and skilled Excel data administrator.
Proficient use of Excel at an intermediate/advanced Level
Experience in data entry
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Previous experience in processing outbound payments
Must know formulas
Understand the control find function
Able to work an Excel spreadsheet like a whiz!
Creating data in order to upload batch payments to multiple investors or intermediaries
Inputting data in a timely and accurate manner to CRM system
Identifying missing or incorrect data, and taking responsibility to ensure that it is either amended or reported to the necessary authority
Learning to create reports on our CRM system, and developing an ability to manipulate and analyse to identify issues
Assisting other employees to find and input the information they need
Ensuring professional management and completion of tasks in a timely fashion
Respond to performance reports for the business line and updating/complete company and contact records by following data standards guidelines and protocols
Ensure all data is of the expected standard with a strict monthly timeline to ensure that data performance does not slip for the business line

Set up monthly sales figures template – ensuring all relevant members are listed
Save all spreadsheets back in relevant folder
Track replies on tracking spreadsheet
Print spreadsheets from supplier on percentage of sale only – hand to MD to be signed off and then give to accounts for monthly invoicing
Record sales from the percentage of sale suppliers on the percentage of sale spreadsheet
Set up import sheets and import all data onto the database Database
Maintain database during the life of the catalogue
Receive regular price updates from suppliers, pull pricing spreadsheets off CL and check any pricing anomalies – import into database
Update database with any changes
Investigate and address member queries with suppliers
Pull all minor version and major version updates, clean up spreadsheets and broadcast along with all ERP imports, etc.
Communicate all database developments and problems with database technicians, etc. Promotions
Meet with category manager to set dates and deadlines layout of the promotion process. At least four months in advance
Update wall calendar
Check info back from suppliers
Database build – prepare import of supplier info, and import into database
Pull reports from CL reporting, check and set up for graphics to start working
Pull pricing spreadsheets from CL for all suppliers and send out requesting pricing
Graphics catalogue build – check PDFs received from graphics and send to suppliers for proofing
Ensure that all blocks are signed off by suppliers before going to print
Start supplier proofing file
Import pricing into database
Pull pricing for graphics to pull into catalogue
Check PDF pages with pricing on from graphics
Communicate all changes with graphics
REQUIREMENTS
Good written and verbal communication skills for communication with internal and external customers
A high-level of attention to detail
Ability to prioritise and organise workloads
Initiative and the willingness to learn
Previous experience of using Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
Teamwork and the ability to cooperate and adopt a flexible approach to achieve the overall team aims
A willingness to take ownership and responsibility for queries received
