What will you be doing?
- Speaking and meeting with candidates, conducting interviews to assess suitability for vacancies
- Building a sales pipeline
- Nurturing accounts and ensuring maximum coverage
- Conducting business development to build relationships with potential clients
- Executing marketing strategies to build brand and candidate awareness
- Utilising social media to identify candidates
What do we look for?
- Not afraid of hard work - the job is rewarding but be expected to put in the hours
- Money hungry - you will need to really want to drive towards a financial goal
- Student mentality - you must be able to learn from those around you
- Strong communicator - you will be spending 80% of your time speaking to people
- A sales background would be ideal but this isn't essential so if you feel like you hit the above then please apply!
