Drive business profitability in the context of cost management through Information technology solutions
Establish, align and manage target and budget goals whilst ensuring effective control of costs for a range of functional areas to increase cost efficiency
Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions by resolving queries fast end effective
Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME’s, project managers and senior staff members by providing input to business requirements
Work closely with a cross-functional team to assess enterprise system management product requirements for new and enhanced interface applications
Translate Business Strategies into actionable goals and execute relevant IT projects / IT initiatives aligned to strategic objectives with specific performance measures and control systems to track progress
Comply, understand and implement all steps within IT development and meet governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements
Provide leadership and direction within enterprise systems management to use correct networks, platforms and applications
Ensure service level requirements in the areas of network management, platform management, application management, event management, patch management, configuration management, capacity management, enterprise systems monitoring, automation, integration and asset management.
Responsible for the design, implementation and management of the enterprise systems management infrastructure.
