Description: Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join their mining company located in Limpopo. This role is essential for optimizing engineering processes and ensuring operational efficiency within the mining sector. Responsibilities: Lead the engineering department and oversee all technical aspects of mining operations. Develop and implement strategies aimed at improving operational efficiency and productivity. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Manage engineering budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations. Conduct regular assessments of engineering systems and processes to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to align engineering efforts with corporate goals. Provide mentorship and development opportunities for engineering team members. Coordinate and manage projects related to equipment upgrades and installations. Requirements: Grade 12 Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred). GCC Mines and Works 10 years' Post GCC experience in the mining industry. 6 - 8 years' experience in a 2.13.1 legal appointment.
