This role inputs to the development of strategic wellbeing and employee benefits plans, manages benefits administration, actively promotes and implements to the employee wellbeing agenda, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.Role responsibilities:Implement comprehensive employee wellbeing and benefits program that align with the organization's strategic objectives and support employee retention and satisfaction.Identify and develop plans to address any issues or challenges within the company's culture, promoting values and behaviours that align with the prioritisation of employee wellbeing, to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.Manage the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance plans, retirement savings plans, wellness programs, and other voluntary benefits.Collaborate with benefits providers, brokers, and consultants to negotiate contracts, review plan options, and ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of benefits offerings.Monitor benefits utilization, costs, and trends, analyzing data to identify opportunities for cost savings and improvements in benefits offerings.Lead open enrolment processes, including communication campaigns, educational sessions, and vendors systems management.Ensure compliance with local regulations across our operational related to employee benefits and ensure initiatives are considerate of local customs and norms.Develop and implement wellbeing initiatives and programs that promote physical, mental, and emotional health among employees.Coordinate wellbeing activities, workshops, and campaigns to engage employees and encourage participation in wellbeing programs.Conduct regular assessments and surveys to evaluate employee satisfaction with benefits and wellbeing programs, making recommendations for enhancements.Serve as a resource and advisor to employees and managers on benefits-related inquiries, policy interpretation, and wellness resources.As a member of the Reward and People Operations team, contribute to the development of other Reward initiatives and implementation, such as incentives plans and recognition programs.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in human resources business administration or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years proven experience in benefits management, wellbeing programme development and implementation, or a related HR role, with a strong understanding of employee benefits programs and regulations.Experience of working in Benefits and Wellbeing functions in professional services or corporate environment.Knowledge of benefits administration processes, including plan design, compliance requirements, and vendor management.Experience in general HR (Employee Benefits).Strong project management, excel and reporting skills and experience.We believe that a diverse workforce is key to our business success.
