Employee Relations Coordinator

Hire Resolve's client, a leading Mining company, is looking for an experienced ER Coordinator to join their team in Limpopo. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing Employee Relations policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing grievances, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and providing advice and guidance to management and employees.
Requirements A relevant Degree/Diploma in Industrial Relations. 5 years experience in employee and labor relations in the mining industry. Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements. Experience in conducting investigations and resolving employee disputes. Proficiency in representing cases at the CCMA is necessary.
