The Employee Relationship Specialist will play a crucial role in cultivating a positive employee experience and addressing workplace concerns.
This individual will be responsible for developing strategies to enhance employee engagement, resolve conflicts, and promote a collaborative environment within our supply chain operations.Key Responsibilities:Act as a point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues, concerns, and inquiries.Facilitate open communication between management and staff to foster a transparent work environment.Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and team-building activities.Mediate and resolve conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees.Collaborate with HR to address performance management and disciplinary issues effectively.Provide guidance on company policies, procedures, and best practices related to employee relations.Conduct training sessions on communication, conflict resolution, and team dynamics.Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement levels, providing insights for continuous improvement.Assist in the development of an inclusive workplace culture that values diversity and employee contributions.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in employee relations or human resources, preferably within the FMCG or supply chain industry.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.Proven experience in conflict resolution and mediation.Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to employee relations.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
