Reporting to:Chief Digital Officer
Job Purpose:Support business through all electronic communication and enable digital collections. Assist in managing all aspects of digital communication and digital channel improvements for the Nimble's digital eBranch.
Location:Woodstock, Cape Town
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Under the management / direction of the Chief Digital Officer will have the following responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Drive digital collections through improved design and enhanced communication of campaigns for digital customers
Scheduling, setup, testing, and deployment of campaigns
Segmentation and targeting using A|B testing
Deliverability monitoring and campaign reporting
Track and analyze campaign performance
Assist with UX improvements and optimisation of digital channels
Map out customer journeys
Work cross-functionally with, IT, operations, and analytics to execute projects
Drive revenue and improve ROI on digital campaigns and collections
Support the eBranch with Nimble Community and Nexidia voice analytics tool
Serve as a subject matter expert on digital marketing trends, technologies and compliance
REQUIREMENTS:

REMUNERATION STRUCTURE:
A basic salary

WORKING HOURS
Mondays – Fridays: 08:00am – 17:00pm
