Work closely with DJs, performers, and event organisers to ensure successful and memorable events.Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.Maintain optimal stock levels of beverages and supplies whilst making nightly stock orders.Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations, including licensing, health and safety, and fire regulations.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and patrons.Assist with the development and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
Assist with the utilisation of social media, promotional campaigns, and partnerships to enhance the venue's profile and drive foot traffic.Ensure the venue is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing at all times.
