CV Desk Jobs: Driver Location: Cape Town Reporting to Maintenance Manager Client: Property Development and Management Company. CTC of R5 000 (dependent on experience, qualifications) plus 5% provident fund contribution. Role and Responsibilities: Perform tasks associated with the transportation and delivery of material/equipment or personnel and any other driver tasks to and from designated locations as and when required Minimum experience and requirements EDUCATION: ? Matric EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: ? Driver with at least 3 or 4 years? experience ? 5 years PDP Code 8 /10 Drivers license Behavioral Dimensions and Skills required ? Verbal and written communication skills; ? Professional personal presentation; ? Time management. ? Reliable and trustworthy ? Ability to work in a team ? Ability to work long hours Key Performance Areas ? Transport equipment/material/personnel to and from specific locations. ? Perform vehicle inspection before and after trips ? Provide special care in delivering materials/equipment/personnel ? Maintain drivers log and schedule on a daily basis ? Maintain the vehicle safe and clean ? Deliver material/equipment/personnel within deadlines ? Work with support staff to provide good customer service and resolve any relevant queries ? Analyze delivery address and determine the appropriate routes ? Follow local road rules and regulations ? Report any accidents and injuries immediately to management ? Notify Supervisor/Managers about vehicle repairs and maintenance ? Notify Management about vehicle re-registration ? Adhere to company operating policies and procedures ? Will also need to be able to work as a handyman, thus the maintenance background is important. ? All other ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management
