Together as one team, we are Here to move.Responsibilities:Follow up daily with airlines confirming flight arrival times (work with de-grouping manifest).Ensure cargo is drawn as soon as possible from airline/agent.Follow up on delays and part shipment.Check damages with airline and endorse damage report.Communicate internally with any delays on consolidations and check if there are any VOCs.Manage return of part shipment slip to the controller.Attend to queries raised by controller.Ensure that cargo is efficiently packed, stacked, and secured in position on the trucks to prevent damage while loading shipments.Minimum Requirements:Valid code 10 drivers licence with PDPMatric/Grade 12 is essentialA minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in cargo drawing from different foreign airlinesThorough knowledge of airline proceduresMust have a sense of urgency to handle extreme pressure and be able to meet strict deadlinesExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Willing to work after hours/weekends and on public holidays when requiredMust be a team playerKey Skills/Attributes:Attention to detailCollaboration skillsCommunication skillsBuild value-based relationshipsClient orientation
