The Distribution Executive develops and directs the operational strategy, business processes and systems for overall distribution operations, including but not limited to:order fulfilment, warehousing, inventory management and logistics.
This is an integral part of the supply chain and involves establishing a network of clients to service the requirements of a particular target market.Maintains customer rapport and builds relations with customers.The focus is to develop long-term relationships with end customers as part of the Distribution leg.Job RequirementsRelevant Tertiary Qualification in Plastics and/or Chemicals Industry.Proven work experience as a distribution manager, sales executive, or a relevant role.Proven sales/distribution track record.Experience in customer support.Established customer relationships will be an advantage.Good industry knowledge.Market knowledge.Able to build rapport and maintain relationships with key customers.Able to identify business growth and expansion opportunities.Proficiency in CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite.Dual Office and Home-work based.
Home office should be equipped with good, stable internet connectivity and backup power supply to be able to work during loadshedding.
