REQUIREMENTSGrade 12, relevant qualification highly advantageousComputer literate in MS Excel, Word, Outlook Intermediate levelAn understanding/experience in the Logistics industry is highly advantageousMinimum 5 years Finance/Admin-related experienceHigh attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication skills (verbal and written) & strong attention to detailMethodical work ethic, and understand the follow up and follow-through processAbility to work well under pressure and understands importance of deadlinesBe prepared to work overtime from time to time if need beDUTIESVerifying the accuracy of billings against contracted ratesAssisting with managing the rates and billing queries for allocated customersChecking of loaded rates to contractsAssisting with performing recalculations and checks on billingDaily/weekly when applicable checking waybills to ensure that they are ratedChecking and ensuring completeness of customer billingsAssisting in identifying issues relating to billing detailsCommunication with the operations, sales, and other relevant parties regarding feedback, solutions or recommendations for billing requirementsAssisting in preparing and managing data required for customer billing summariesAssistance with any additional administration requirements for the departmentManaging any further debtors and billing related requirements that are needed Salary negotiable dependent on experience, including provident fund, wellness and council levies.
