Your responsibilities will include managing channel partners, driving revenue, enhancing margins, and building strong relationships to support business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage selected channel partners and end users, including treatment and contract management.Generate revenue through new business and pricing strategies.Improve margins via price/mix adjustments.Understand market segments, resellers, and end users.Coordinate gap analysis and understand supply chain and route to market.Implement annual plans and build strategies for larger channels.Manage rebates and Marketing Development Funds principles.Ownership of customer relationships and account management.Manage account receivables to prevent bad debts.Build and support DSR shadow salesforce, including training and incentives.Identify potential new Key Accounts and support New Business Development (NBD).Drive loyalty, cross-selling, and business penetration.Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners.Engage and enable DSRs through training and incentive programs.Candidate ProfileWe seek a candidate with:A relevant bachelor's degree.Experience in account management within the hygiene industry.Cross-functional collaboration skills.Significant B2B sales experience preferred.Analytical, critical thinking, and digital selling skills.Self-motivation, excellent communication, and adaptability.BenefitsOur comprehensive package includes competitive pay, medical insurance, retirement savings, life and disability cover, professional development opportunities, wellbeing programs, generous leave policies, and employee discounts.Application ProcessClick the Apply button to submit your application.
